We do not ask you to create an account. The only personal details we handle are those you choose to share on WhatsApp (your name, address, phone number) to complete an order, and they are used solely for shipping and order communication.

If you allow analytics cookies, we collect anonymous usage statistics (pages viewed, session length) through Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to improve the store. If you decline, nothing is collected beyond what is technically necessary to serve the site.

You may request deletion of any details you have shared with us at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing us. We comply with India’s DPDP Act and GDPR principles.

Ships across India in 3-5 days. Every order is dispatched within 2 working days of payment confirmation, packed by hand.

You receive tracking details over WhatsApp as soon as the parcel leaves us.

Because every piece is described honestly and photographed as-is, returns are rare - but if the item you receive differs from its description, we will refund 100% of your payment.

To request a return, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. Once verified, refunds are made via UPI to the original paying account within 3 working days.

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion if the item is unworn with tags intact; shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

We accept UPI payments directly to our bank account via the QR code shown at checkout - no gateway, no card storage, no middlemen.

After paying, send the screenshot on WhatsApp. We verify receipt in our bank app and confirm your order personally, usually within minutes.

Please complete payment within 15 minutes of opening the QR so your piece can be held; after that it returns to available stock.

Items are one-of-few; placing payment does not guarantee availability if someone else has paid moments earlier - in that case you will be offered the next piece or an immediate full refund.
